Starts and finishes on Chicago's lakefront, at Foster Avenue Beach House |

8:30 a.m. Seven hour time limit. Early Start option is available |

Course |
Consists of 3 out-and-back segments. The race follows the Lakefront running path. Mostly gravel with some asphalt sections. One of the flattest 50k’s in North America. |

Awards |
Medals to all finishers. Overall male and female trophies. |

To every paid participant. |

Aid Stations |
Three; approximately every 2.5 miles. Amply stocked with water, Gatorade, cola, and a variety of food items. |

$30 now until January 31, 2010 |
